Hi, I have had the same issue for the past 2 weeks. I have contacted PayPal support about the issue on multiple occasions without any luck. Their support team don't seem to be technically knowledgeable or willing to communicate the issue to a technical member of support. The responses that I get are generic replies that have obviously been copied and pasted from a list of standard replies (I would have much more appreciated a short personal reply than the standard paragraph that I got). I can't understand why presumably quite an important part of their business has been unavailable for 2 weeks! Please can you post a solution to this, if you are successful. If any PayPal technical support personnel are reading this, I would highly appreciate it if you can elevate this issue or provide a resolution. I'm sure there are many more frustrated users in the same position. Thanks, Alan

I'm getting the exact same problem in any sandbox test account i create [note.. have only tried it on accounts I've created using the preconfigured method - being thats all ive setup so far ] If i try it on my normal paypal account on the normal website, i can get to the Buy Now Button or Shopping Cart page. Any thoughts to this? Is there something wrong with the Developers / Sandbox site? Cheers
